How It Works

1. Contact your Spader representative to arrange an online computerized survey that will profile your DISC style, adaptability, values, and personal interests or capabilities. Your responses can be made online, making it fast and easy to collect your profile data.
2. You can also request responses by others that know you well to get a full 360-degree view of your work or personal profile.
3. You receive a full-color in-depth report outlining your strengths and opportunities in each area, along with consulting services to help you create and complete your own goals focused action plan.
