Here's How It Works:

Working with you, your Spader consultant will develop a 12-month profit plan including sales and expense forecasts, cash requirements analysis, and inventory purchase guidelines. The reports will be mailed to you and will also be available online through the secure Spader Online Services portal. The package also includes an unlimited 12-month license for Spader Online Quick Budget. Spader Lifeline typically consists of several conference calls with a Spader consultant.

First Call: Your Spader consultant will interview you, completing a high-level budget online during your discussion.

Next Call(s) You will receive access to the online analyses and your Spader consultant will review and fine tune them with you. At the end of this call, you will:

1. Have a monthly profit plan for the next 12 months
2. Know your cash requirements for the next 12 months based on this plan
3. Be able to access your online budgeting tool for the next year; input your actual results each month and generate a report showing your deviations from plan
4. Use your online tool to make alternative plans, or to adjust your plan as the year progresses
5. Be ready to implement an inventory plan that integrates with your profit plan
6. Have a game plan you can take to your lender

Follow-up Call(s): You and your Spader consultant will review the analyses, addressing any questions you may have as you implement your action plan.
