Profit Planner Workbook™ Budgeting Software

This software is designed to simplify your profit planning. It allows you to quickly and easily see how changes in figures will affect a specific department or the company as a whole. And it's great for forecasting!

Based on the powerful forms from Total Management 1 Workshop, this easy-to-use program guides you through all aspects of your financial plan—from sales to expenses—and then creates monthly targets based on your own seasonal trends!

How It Works

  1. Set up your own departments—up to nine—and define the type for each from our templates:
    • Big-ticket sales
    • Finance and Insurance
    • Counter sales
    • Service
    • Storage/rental
    • Office furniture
    • Generic
  2. Switch between Spader's logic and traditional accounting to see how your budget looks both ways.
  3. Compare your budget to Spader's industry-specific key expense ratios and see how you compare to others in your industry.
  4. Allocate expenses from the total company down, and/or budget expenses for each department independently.
  5. Spread your annual budget across 12 months using your own company's seasonality.
  6. Input a few numbers from your financial statements each month, and then view charts that show you graphically how your actual results compare to your plan.

Monthly Support: $16.25/month
Support is required, and is billed annually, in advance.
Support includes toll-free user support for budgeting help, technical questions and routine updates for error corrections. Future updates to the program incorporating new features are not included in support fees.

This price is for one user license. Purchase multiple user licenses FOR USE AT THE SAME BUSINESS LOCATION for a package price, or add user licenses for the same location at a later time.

When ordering, you must choose the type of security device you wish to receive: USB or Parallel. Parallel devices work on any PC. USB devices are smaller and more convenient, but USB ports are generally available only on newer PCs (purchased since 1999-2000).

Note: Budgets created in Computerized Budgeting Workbook cannot be copied or converted to Profit Planner Workbook, they must be re-typed.
